I the buyer hereby acknowledge the following :
I am aware and understand that dancing/acrobatics/gymnastics is a dangerous sport and physical activity. I hereby FULLY INDEMNIFY Amanda’s Suppleness Equipment, (the company) or any agent selling this equipment on behalf of the company, for ANY injuries that may occur during the use of any of the equipment. I am aware and understand that it is a dangerous sport/physical activity and I take full responsibility while using the products.
I hereby declare that all equipment will be used AT OWN RISK. And no claims or future claims will be made to the company or any agent selling the equipment for ANY injuries obtained while using the equipment.
These products are designed to help dancers to improve in certain areas of their dancing/acrobatic skills and should always be used under sufficient supervision. These products should be used with caution as suggested by a professional dance instructor. Videos also available on our site. These products does not replace a professional instructor, it is only to be used as supplementary equipment under supervision of a professional dance instructor.
- Agent must be notified within 12 hours after purchasing if there is anything wrong with the product.
- The product will be used for the function it is made for only.
- This is exercise equipment to be used with caution
- It is very important for a dancer to comfortably be able to do a Cartwheel, front and back walk over and splits before attempting to use the advanced Equipment (Tumble belt)
- All equipment should be regularly checked for loosened Stitching, torns, buckles that moved or twisted or any other wear and tear. Products must be checked regularly before using it to make sure it is still safe
- Because if the Safety awareness that is very important to Amanda’s please replace worn out equipment do not try to fix or alter it in any way
- Store your equipment in rust free environment
- Dancers must still practice on a fairly soft surface (especially with Tumble spot belt)
- Always stay within the weight limits of the equipment
- Make sure to read the safety instructions in the inside of the tumble spot belt. Tumbling itself is a very dangerous sport and especially the dancers that tumble on stage and hard surfaces
